Well Phoenix is behind us and like the rest of the season, it was a crazy finish! How fitting was it that Rowdy lost the race on a late race caution caused by Joey Logano? Anyway, a Chevy ended up in victory lane. Ryan Newman got his first win in years and brought home a trophy for RCR. Let's get ready for another good race in California!

Las Vegas was another wild week. We saw ol' Rowdy take a swing at Logano after the race, which always makes it fun to watch. We'll see how they race each other this week. Kyle Busch was the majority pick last week, and would have had a good finish if he hadn't got dumped on the last lap. It was good to see Truex win, but I'm still waiting on a Chevy to take the checkered flag. Maybe this week will be it

Thanks to the unexpected generosity of the Kevin Harvick, Brad K took the checkered flag on Sunday. The majority pick for the week was the dominant car in the race, but the late race slip up didn't leave him with enough time to charge to the front. Ford has now won back-to-back races. Let's hope to see a bow tie in victory lane this week.....it's Vegas baby!
